Terms of Service

Last updated: Zuletzt aktualisiert: 20. September 2026

Dieses Dokument ist nur auf Englisch verfügbar. Die deutsche Fassung folgt.

By using CheapTripps you agree to these terms. CheapTripps is a trip-planning and flight-search tool – not a travel agency.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Where a clause here would conflict with those rights, the law wins.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is operated by naSpotted sp. z o.o., al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (Polish VAT ID) 5273228667, KRS 0001255909, REGON 545316965; registry court: District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Email: support@cheaptripps.com. Written correspondence goes to the registered address above.

The contract is concluded electronically, in the language of the version of the service you are using.

2. What CheapTripps does

We search public flight data and surface deals, error fares and multi-city trip plans. We are a search and discovery service – we do not sell flights and we are not a party to your contract with an airline.

Bookings happen on the airline’s own site (for example Ryanair or Wizz Air) or at a third party such as Google Flights.

3. Flight prices and availability

Flight prices change constantly and can disappear within minutes. A price shown on CheapTripps is an estimate captured at the moment of the search and is not guaranteed.

Always confirm the final price and the conditions on the booking site before you pay. We are not responsible for sold-out fares, price changes or errors in third-party data.

4. Accounts and plans

  • Searching for individual flights is free and unlimited, with or without an account.
  • Multi-city trip plans are metered: one free plan without an account, three per calendar month on a free account.
  • Premium (a subscription) and Lifetime (a one-off payment) remove the trip-plan limit. Lifetime is sold in limited batches and may be withdrawn from sale once a batch is gone.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing account credentials is not allowed.

5. Prices, payment and renewal

Premium costs EUR 6.99 per month and renews automatically at the end of each paid month until you cancel. Lifetime costs EUR 49 as a single payment. Prices shown at checkout are final and include VAT where it applies.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features is suspended until payment succeeds.

If we change the price of a subscription, we tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union (or a sole trader for whom the purchase has no professional character), you may withdraw from the contract for Premium or Lifetime within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason and at no cost.

To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement by email to support@cheaptripps.com or by post to al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warsaw, Poland. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I to Directive (EU) 2011/83, but you do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is enough to meet it.

We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. The refund costs you nothing.

Immediate access and the loss of the right of withdrawal

Premium and Lifetime are digital services we make available immediately. Before paying, you are asked to confirm two separate things: that you expressly want us to begin providing the service before the 14-day period ends, and that you understand you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

In plain words: if you confirm both and then use the paid features, you can no longer withdraw from the part already provided. If you do not confirm them, your paid access starts after the 14 days have passed and the withdrawal right stays intact for the whole period.

We rely on the loss of the right of withdrawal only where we have both your express consent and your acknowledgement, as required by Art. 16(m) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 (in Poland, Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act). Without them, the full 14-day right applies.

7. Cancelling a subscription, and refunds

You can cancel Premium at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that period ends.

Beyond the statutory cases below, we do not automatically refund the unused part of a period you decided to stop using, because your access stays open until the end of it. This never limits your rights as a consumer.

You are entitled to a refund whenever the law gives you one, in particular: when you withdraw within 14 days (section 6); when the service does not conform to the contract and we fail to bring it into conformity within a reasonable time (Directive (EU) 2019/770); and when we discontinue or materially change the service during a period you have paid for – in that case we refund the unused part proportionally, or the whole amount where the non-conformity is material.

Lifetime: if we decide to shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice, and if less than 24 months have passed since your purchase we will refund a proportionate part of the price. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Lifetime exactly as it does to Premium.

8. Complaints

If the service does not work as described, send a complaint to support@cheaptripps.com.

We confirm that we have received it and answer within 14 days of receipt. If we do not answer within 14 days, the complaint is deemed accepted as submitted.

If we reject your complaint, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution: the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Warsaw, or the municipal or district consumer ombudsman for the place where you live.

To make it quick, please include:

  • the email address of your account
  • what is wrong and when it started
  • what you expect: repair, a price reduction, withdrawal or a refund

9. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission used to run an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers and traders at the address below.

ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

The platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025. Until an EU-wide replacement is in place, consumers can use the national out-of-court bodies named in section 8 and the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) at ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/consumer-rights-and-complaints.

Either way, the fastest route is usually to write to us first at support@cheaptripps.com.

10. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or abuse the service, and do not try to circumvent the plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where that is possible.

11. Fair use of unlimited plans

“Unlimited” on Premium and Lifetime means ordinary personal use: planning your own trips. Every trip plan queries live airline data on our behalf, so scripted or commercial-scale use degrades the service for everyone else.

We may rate-limit or suspend an account that generates volumes far beyond personal travel planning. Where we close such an account, we refund the unused part of the period paid for. In practice this affects nobody who is planning real trips.

12. Liability

We provide the service with due care but cannot guarantee that it is free of interruptions or errors, or that a fare shown is still available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, in particular missed flights, missed connections or booking problems arising from decisions you make on the basis of data shown here.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

13. Creative routes

Self-connect and hidden-city itineraries carry extra risk. Read the booking disclaimer before you use them:

Booking disclaimer

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live (Art. 6 of the Rome I Regulation).

We may change these terms. We announce changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect; for a paid period already running, the terms you accepted keep applying until it ends.
